KDDF is a network of like minded people irrespective of region, caste, color, age and gender living around the world and solely interested in development of “Western Orissa” – also known “Dakhin Koshala” or “Koshal”. KDDF is a non-political and non-separatist organization solely interested in the development of Western Orissa and aims to popularize significance of Koshal among the general mass in similar spirit like for Utkala or Kalinga is done in Orissa.

dear sir,
as per MOU(2006) signed between starlite energy ltd and industrial department of odisha had not fulfilled any need mentioned in MOU agreement. we the un employed people of jharsuguda r not getting any jobs in any industries. although jharsuguda is the main industrial belt of odisha but the peaple of jharsuguda r not getting any opportunity for jobs wheather they r skilled or unskilled. but peaple r getting jobs those who not from jharsuguda. for ex :- vedanta & other companies under vedanta had not a single office at jharsuguda .where the un employed peaple will drop there resume channi radha engg works had taken 500 + peaple from tamil nadu evonik energy had taken resently 40 peaple from bbsr .few days ago vedanta own had filled 340 + peaple but not a single person from jsg .
as per dist employment exchange officer he had not a single person recruitted in any industry. peaple r getting jobs hear at jsg from other village, other town ,other dist, other state, not only this from other countries also . but we r not getting any jobs .

Sir,
PASCHIMA ODISHA BIKASH PARISADA meant for development of Western Orissa keeps its head office at Bhubaneswar.Is it reasonable ? Most of educated people of Western Orissa do not know about this organisation,its purpose,performance and above all its importance.Corers of Ruppess sancationed from Government of Orissa for development of Western Orissa.Very often corruptions related to this organisation is published in News Paper like The Samaj,The Sambad.But reacton of general people is zero.We should first of all we should claim shifting of this office to Western Orissa .Like High Court Bench this is also importance for development of Western Orissa.We should claim the detailed expenditure incurred in the organisation for the development of Western Orissa and should tally whether actually incurred expenditure, if not why ?This reasonable feeling should be aroused among all people of Western Orissa for its development in all respect irrespective of development in all levels.

misappropriation of Govt. fund, suppression the fact, forging the documents in connection to the IHDS Project Dunguripali, Sonepur, Orissa
The Office of the Development Commissioner for Handlooms has sanctioned IHDS Project to the UDYOGIKA,Sagarpali, Subarnapur vide sanctioned Letter No1/21/orissa/2007/IHDS dt.29/2/2008 for a total project cost 54.65lakhs.But the money will impliments only in papers and there is no benefit to the beneficiaries.
all the dev prog plan the govt for d people by d people of d people, but impliment far d people bye d people off d people. the proof u can find out in DC handloomhow they sanction d project for the people benefit and keep the money in their own pocket. That we complain in various dept but the fact will supressed .So the sysyem of our govt to tackle a complain/greivance known from this. We about 500 nos of weavers who are involved in this IHDS scheme are the victims of exploitation and cheating by Mrs. Bandana Das & Deputy Director of Textile, Sonepur supported by some other officials, as mentioned above. All we attempts, made so far, for getting justice have yielded no result. So left with no alternation, we pray before you to initiate proper enquiry through Vigilance, CBI or any dependable agency & take action against the miscreants & give justice to us.
Further pray to pass order to stay the relevant Bank Account transaction till the enquiry is completed
