I am happy to know that Bhakta Babu has written to the Union HRD Minister. As one, who had started his career at the Junagarh Community Project on 25 July 1954, I have a lot of attachment with Junagarh in particular, and Kalahandi in particular. My Project Executive Officer was the late Shri Padmanabha Mishra, father-in-law of Shri Pyari Mohan Mohapatra, IAS (Retd.), MP. Kalahandi, with its rich mineral and cultural resources, specially the fertile soil of the Tel Valley and its incredible Tribal Culture, vibrating with Ghuma Dance, is the right place to have the National University, with a Deemed University status.
I have not been able to visit Kalandi, after I left the District as the District Social Education Organiser of Kalandi and Phulbani Districts. I have written about my Junagarh experience and spoken about the same in national and international Sesminars.
I shall be grateful to Bhakta Babu, if he would kindly arrange a visit for me to Kalahandi as his Guest.

Tremendous job done by the son of the soil Mr Bhakta charan Das. It is the need of the hour. The proposed place is near th Balangir, Nuapada, Phulbani, Nawarang pur and chattisgarh. As a student I appreciate it .Again according great thanks to the change maker i remain
